Specialist carpet cleaning methods
We use a staged process which ensures the deepest carpet clean possible.
Firstly, we thoroughly vacuum the carpet and brush out dried dirt and debris. Then we attend to any stains, one-by-one, using the appropriate cleaning solutions for the nature of the stain. Next, cleaning solution is applied across the carpet, followed by using an agitation method which works the solution deep into the pile. Carpets are then thoroughly rinsed using a hot water extraction system to remove and neutralise the solution, returning the carpet’s PH balance. Carpets can be walked on within the hour and will be fully dry in 12 - 24 hours (weather dependent), when assisted by ventilation.

This can also be referred to as ‘spot cleaning’. We have a range of specialist cleaning products to tackle various stains, but the best way for us to address a stain is by identifying it beforehand, so we advise you speak to us first.

Can you guarantee removing stains from my carpet?
No guarantee can be given for removal of a particular stain, by any carpet cleaning professional. This can be due to the age or the base chemical compound of the stain. Some stains may cause permanent colour change or damage to the fibres, which professional cleaning will never reverse.
If you have an immediate need for a stain removal, we advise you speak to us first to seek specialist advice - we do not advise you attempt to remove a stain yourself. We will always endeavour to prioritise your visit, as the best way to tackle stains is often quickly and without prior intervention. We will always let you know beforehand if we think a particular type of stain may cause lasting damage.
